What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical field
Experience in automotive, high tech, or other high volume/high complexity manufacturing environment.
Production and quality knowledge – a firm understanding of how complex production lines operate including effective collaboration between shops and quality
Sensory capabilities (form, appearance, tangible surfaces, noises and rattles, etc.) and technical understanding of potential root causes
Ability to assess the impact of missing product or process compliance
Understanding and knowledge of Quality Core Tools (8D, Control Plan, FMEA SPC, MSA, with limited practical experience
Knowledge about Quality Processes (Problem Solving, Control of Nonconforming Product, Product Audit, Manage Laboratories, Field Quality)
Ability to use systems e.g. JIRA Confluence, Coalesce, create dashboards using SQL or Ziplabs
