As a Summer Intern in System Validation and Emulation, you will assist in the pre-silicon system validation and emulation, as well as post-silicon verification of Qualcomm IPs. Your contributions will help ensure these IPs meet new product introduction milestones and are ready for mass production. As part of the role, you will be:

  • Supporting the creation and execution of test cases on emulation platforms and silicon

  • Assisting in implementing automation for testing processes

  • Helping execute tests and troubleshoot issues that arise

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Digital Design, Analog Design, and Firmware/Software Engineers

  • Participating in the verification and validation of solutions.

Possible areas of focus for validation are:

  • Analog/Digital Audio

  • PMU

  • Battery management

Learning Opportunities:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • General understanding of mixed-signal ASIC designs
