职位目标：

1. 对 module 产品做失效分析，确保产品质量；

2. 协助倒班技术员完成进一步的深入分析，并提高其分析能力和质量；

工作内容：

1. 熟练和精通各种分析手段和方法，并能灵活运用到实际案例中；（electric test, X-ray, etching, lapping, cross section, C-SAM, Ion Polishing, SEM......）

2. 通过电路图等资料结合测试数据的综合分析，采用合适的分析手段准确快速的判断出失效位置；

3. 协助工程师利用各分析手段及时完成项目，并确保分析质量和效率；

4. 完成质量问题的追溯分析与调查深入分析，并培训倒班技术员客退相关分析经验，提高其分析能力；5. 能独立整理和收集各项失效分析记录，并作出初步的判断；确保各报告时准确的完成；

1.熟悉失效分析方法和流程。

1. 3 年以上电子或相关领域的工作经验，对于大规模生产和产品质量的分析和控制有基本认识。具有 C-SAM、X-ray、etching、lapping、cross section、Ion Polishing、SEM 等失效分析经验尤佳。

3.中专学历。

净化车间实验室环境状况：良好工作场所；有职业病危害，工作中接触 X-ray 和 HNO3。
