Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in data center operations or other relevant operational experience in non-DC industries (e.g., power generation, HVAC and refrigeration, industrial manufacturing, military, oil and gas, maritime/marine, chemical cluster, etc.).
5 years of experience managing technical teams and vendors in charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure and components.
Ability to act as a working Incident Manager, in on-call rotations, over weekends.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in a high-tech, fluid environment along with the ability to work in an ambiguous space.
Experience with vendor and performance based management, focused on achieving customer satisfaction with the ability to set ambitious goals and lead a team towards success.
Excellent data-driven mindset and the ability to use data to draw conclusions and make informed business decisions.
Ability to achieve financial goals and ensure effective, efficient and economic operation of assigned responsibilities.
Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.
