Deploy lean supply chain management techniques; support best practice to maximize agility in the supply chain and support the make-to-order manufacturing operation.

Develop and implement the BMS Global Resiliency Plan

Support periodic product lifecycle reviews to ensure optimization of product portfolio, component and supply base

Work with Engineering and Integrated Supply Chain to approve alternative suppliers and parts and identify component and value engineering opportunities

Supplier Resilience assessment

Define, document and continuously improve Sourcing resiliency processes.

Basic technical understanding

Communication and Interpersonal – excellent verbal skills plus effective listening skills; effective facilitation skills; demonstrates high energy and models behaviors to motivate the team

Execution – persistent drive for results utilizing sound project management, organizational and problem solving skills

Technical – solid negotiation skills; excellent knowledge of operations management and supply chain processes in a large organization; and knowledge of effective technology driven sourcing processes

Project Management Skills – ability to effectively lead projects keeping to defined schedules
