Material Planner – Magnetic Resonance
Your role:
- Master Tactical Planner for OMM. Plays the key connection between Buyer, PDLM, S&OP, and production planning.
- Define inventory settings and provide guidance for Master Data Team on master data based on product specific characteristics in supply, manufacturing and demand (Plan For Every Part - PFEP).
- Responsible for managing the activity which has an impact to the factory within OCCB (Operations change Control board) as a representative of OMM.
- Full operational ownership on OMM Functional Planning KPIs, driving continuous improvements, and managing material availability and industrial inventory.
- Responsible for the analysis, monitoring, tracking and reporting of Inventory stock levels situation, including slow moving or excess Inventory whilst alsoidentifying any opportunity for improvement.
- Understand planning processes that influence the inventory levels including critical inventory parameters and collaborate with cross-functional teams to steer the teams towards improvements.
- Support Purchasing team to review and handle escalations, risks, or any potential disruption that have an impact on material availability.
- Assist in the development, implementation, analysis and coordination of new improvement project.
- Perform Material Planning based on S&OP Inputs, and provide feedback into S&OP.

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in (technical) business studies or supply chain management.

- A person with following Functional competencies: Advanced Materials management knowledge, SAP MM advanced knowledge, Supply chain advanced knowledge, Experience with Operational procurement processes, E2E process understanding with clear milestones and deliverables
- 3-5 years working experience preferably in a cross functional position in operations
- Strong and accurate analytical skills is a must.
- Good communication skills, fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven, strong experience in MS Excel, SAP
- Experience in medical device industry and/or high-tech machine building industry is preferred
- Working experience in international setting is preferred
