CRM tool (Salesforce)

  • Set-up and maintain the Territory Management process and data

  • Handle users management (creation, change, deletion)

  • Train users on essential features (e.g opporunities)

  • Track and handle cases raised by users (e.g Accounts type)

  • Promote Salesforce through the organization

Insights generation

  • Salesforce adoption by the Sales Team

  • Insights based on data from Salesforce such as Funnel management overview, activities with Customers, Tenders impact, etc.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM-focused role, preferably with Salesforce.

  • Experience in a commercial or customer-facing organization is an advantage.

  • Strong command of Excel and data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights to support commercial strategy.

  • Confident in training and supporting users on CRM functionalities.

  • Strong communication skills to promote CRM adoption across the organization.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

  • A team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional, international environment.

  • Comfortable taking ownership and driving continuous improvement.
