Act as the primary liaison between finance business users and the technical team to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Configure and implement core Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management) within Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP platforms.
Support end-to-end process design, testing, training , and post-implementation activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with system capabilities.
Participate in data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
Provide ongoing system support, issue resolution, and process improvement recommendations.
Prepare documentation including functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements during solution design.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
2–3 years of proven experience in accounting, auditing, or financial operations.
Prior exposure to ERP systems is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of financial processes , reporting, and internal controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multinational environment.
Preferred Skills:
Strong grasp of core finance processes , including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report cycles.
Ability to interpret and document business and accounting requirements clearly.
Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
Effective communication skills for engaging with finance teams, auditors, and project stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations) ; familiarity with financial data analysis tools is a plus.
Interest or basic exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other ERP platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP).
