Key Responsibilities:
- Support and help formulate the vision and strategy of both Consumer Financial Services and the PayPal Debit Card that aligns with company objectives and strategies
- Create business cases to inform decision making on initiatives tied to the goals of the business
- Participate in supporting the planning and product roadmap development cycles, including prioritization discussions
- Manage one or more commercial products, monitor commercial performance and report on challenges, opportunities and changes
- Act as the commercial representative to stakeholders and peers across PayPal, effectively communicating business strategies, priorities and related key performance indicators and metrics
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities through comprehensive research, analysis of industry trends, and implementation of best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and drive commercial success.
- Stay informed about competitive products and industry developments to maintain PayPal's leadership position in the market.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in developing and managing commercial strategies and products, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial product development and lifecycle management
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong, effective communication and presentation skills
- A passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset

The US national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250
