- Lead the Interactive Planning session and develop & maintain resource loaded L3 project schedule.
- Set-up professional services cost control system in IPCS (Ecosys) for the project, based on the approved estimate by project manager.
- Interact with Project Manager and various key players involved in the project implementation to establish work scope and develop work strategies with proper sequence and durations.
- Update periodically Project Schedules - consisting of engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Prepare & update periodically deliverable schedules (DCI).
- Prepare & update Progress ‘S’ Curves,
- Prepare Cash flow report and Curve (TIC Projects).
- Monitor and control to meet the ‘Project Management’ requirement of schedule adherence through Planning Report, Progress Variance Analysis Report, Critical path Analysis, etc.
- Develop L1 proposal schedule, forecast resource curve and payment milestones as and when required by Sales.
- Lead and mentor junior colleague in PC team.
- Build appropriate relationships with relevant project stakeholders.
Here's what you'll need
- B.Tech. in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering with 12 to 15 years of experience in design engineering consulting organization. Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Design Consultancy Planning/scheduling & Cost controls, preferably from Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG & Industrial Projects as Project Controls Lead role.
- Hands on experience of Project Tools such as Primavera(P6) & Microsoft Project is must along with intermediate to advanced excel. Experience on EcoSys & Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to travel locally and occasional globally as per business need.
