Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• 8 years of experience in infrastructure technologies
• 4-6 years of VMware experience, including sizing, performance management, and day-to-day operations
• 4-6 years of experience with NAS and backup technologies
• 2-3 years of experience with vSAN and HCI technologies
• 2-3 years of experience with Cloud (azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience in sizing and architecting infrastructure solutions
• Performance analysis and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with RHEL OS administration, patching, and upgrades

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with datacenter migrations and migrating workloads and servers
• SAN storage experience is a plus
• Scripting and automation experience
• Effective communication skills and succinct articulation
• Experience with RHEL administration
• Experience with Cisco MDS fiber channel switches
• Technology upgrade oversight
• Experience with visualization software, preferably Tableau
• Experience working with remote and global teams and cross-team collaboration
• Ability to make timely decisions even in complex situations, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
