Job responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis and business process workflow analysis with strong analytical skills and understanding of the business across Securities Services
- Capture business requirements and demonstrate ability to create effective use cases with available digital toolkits within the firm, including Intelligent Automation tools, machine learning packages etc.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technology, AI teams to deliver digital projects
- Manage project management of transformation projects and communicate tasks, milestone dates, status to various stakeholders from operations, business, technology etc.
- Provide regular progress updates and project showcase to senior management and global stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop code, test and deploy scalable solutions to support cross-product transformation initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- At least 5 years’ experience in financial services or a related industry sector such as professional services, or technology providers.
- Experience in articulating incubation and proof of concept ideas that demonstrate value, taking through to execution.
- Ability to multi-task and proven problem solving capability with demonstrated ability to drive issues through to resolution.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, and Python an advantage.
- Understanding of the Custody and Fund Services operating model preferred.
- Basic understanding of AI / ML preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
