What you'll do...
What you'll do:
- Lead a team of security application developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to identify and prioritize security requirements and ensure that security is integrated into all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of security threats and vulnerabilities, and stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
- Drive the development of secure coding standards and best practices, and ensure that all software applications are developed with security in mind.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure that third-party software and services meet Walmart's security standards.
- Communicate security risks and issues to stakeholders, and work with them to develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and ensure that all software applications are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
What you'll bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with experience leading a team of developers.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including agile development methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
