As Tooling Equipment Engineer, you will analyze all breakdown issue specially jigs related, review of jigs performance for new technology ASL and AFL 4G (BDO, Availability & PM Efficiency. ) and support the following activities; Yield control activities (SPC), Process excellence activities (Pitstop/SGA Project) and Item qualification ( IMQF/RMMU ). And supports the establishment of in-house machine.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the establishment of In-house machine shop
• In charge in New Technology specifically in tooling related issues.
• Leads the sustenance pertaining for in-house mechanical repair and new technology
• Creation of Jigs & Fixture Sustenance Documentation - ( New and Revised)
• Plan and control all on going and incoming new technology activities
• Calculation of additional required head count
• Facilitate & Support Cost reduction, capacity and Yield Improvement
• Creates Tooling Breakdown Analysis
• Creation and review of Tooling (BDO, Availability & PM Efficiency)
• Recommend improvements for tooling’s based on failure analysis
• Develop new techniques to streamline characterization process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field e.g. BS ME, IE
• Minimum 1- 2 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field.
• With working knowledge in mechanical design
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPointt

PREFERRED:

• Knowledgeable in CAD software’s (e.g. AutoCad, SolidWorks, etc)
