RTS Project based at Bukit Chagar, Johor Bahru.
Your core responsibilities are;
- Establish the site organization and lines of authority
- Be responsible for the conduct of the project. and liaise daily with the client’s Project management team
- Manage the supervision team, monitor and supervise their performance and attendance
- Liaise with the Contractors
- Monitor progress of the works against the contractor’s latest approved programme. and establish standards and procedures in conformity with client requirements
- Identify and manage project construction risks and manage delays and issues on site
- Ensure quality of supervision and of work completed by Contractors
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of good records and documentation
- Ensure preparation of quality, safety and environmental plans are in line with Company's Policies & Procedures
- Manage the supervision team , monitor and supervise their performance and attendance
- Attend and chair meetings and prepare progress / technical reports
- Coordinate backup support from Head Office staff
- Continually seek to improve upon the service provided and to come up with innovative ideas.
This role will be located at
Bukit Chagar, Johor .
The criteria for this role is as follows ;
- With significant years of experience in Site supervision, and construction management of major mass transit projects.At least 10 relevant years of construction management experience, managing all system elements such as Traction Power, Train Control/Train Signals, Communications and SCADA System and trackwork systems.Strong Project Management skills and capabilities. Experience having delivered major rail projects
- Ability to work with others and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with inspectors, contractors, consultants, the public, third parties, clients and government authorities.
- Verify, inspect and audit HSE compliance and quality assurance in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
- Strong team leadership experience with team management
- Good written and communications skills
