• 5-7 years of hands-on experience (NOT a new hire with no experience) with strong technical skills.
• Awareness of the business is ideal along with a background in private financial markets.
• Proficiency in a variety of programs (JAVA and Angular are the main programs) such as Mongo, Maven, and HTML.
• Needs to be able to hit the ground running so the stronger the experience the better.
• This is focused on front-office technology so need to be a fast learner and able to adapt.
