About the Role:
Join our dynamic Italian Vascular Peripheral Interventions team as a Field Clinical Specialist (FCS). In this role, you will provide crucial clinical, technical, and educational support to our clients across various levels. Your expertise will be pivotal in influencing customer usage of our full product portfolio, supporting case coverage, and contributing to marketing activities. This role is driven by customer demand and pre-planned support requirements, ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and guidance.
In this Role, You Will Be Responsible for:
- Providing field and remote clinical support for case coverage, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for our products.
- Attending cases face-to-face or remotely, advising physicians on the clinical attributes and techniques associated with our products.
- Ensuring timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation related to our procedural device operations.
- Supporting the team in achieving projected sales goals and increasing sales revenues.
- Developing a deep understanding of hospital workflows and building business relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision-makers and facilitate future sales.
- Responding to complex customer needs and complaints by developing creative and feasible solutions in collaboration with other personnel (sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support).
- Recording customer information and activities in the company's CRM system and using it as an alignment tool with other commercial roles.
- Providing education support on product usage and customer training.
What Are We Looking for in You:
- At least 2 years of experience in the Vascular/Venous Management or Clot Management industry.
- Proven experience working in hospitals, operating rooms, and with clinicians/physicians.
- Demonstrated ability to influence customer usage of a full product portfolio.
- Background in attending and advising on clinical cases, both face-to-face and remotely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing creative and feasible solutions.
- Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, guided by company policies and procedures.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers.
- In-depth conceptual, practical, and technical knowledge of clinical principles and theories.
- Experience in applying clinical expertise in various situations to accomplish work.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for recording customer information and activities.
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for medical devices. Experience in supporting sales goals and increasing sales revenues through effective clinical support.
- Location: the position is open on a remote working schedule, based preferably in the Northern Italy area.
