This role supports the SIMS internal tester business through its transition.
Working to establish Front Office FO pricing model, develop processes for FO startup and business model from SIMS to FO.
This role will prepare FO quotations, compare against internal cost catalogue and facilitate price change enquiries.
It will also work on monthly reconciliation with PL varex, perform quarterly inventory reclass, analyze financial information, develop financial reports, variance explanations and solutions.
Evaluate accounting and reporting and recommend solutions to ensure the integrity of external and internal reporting.
Identifies, performs and drives process improvement opportunities in the month end close processes and supports management reporting related to operations performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Provides decision support to leadership by monitoring financials against the budgets and forecasts and explaining variance through root cause analysis.
Supports decision making by providing ad hoc financial and key performance indicator analyzes that influence leadership decision making.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or Finance
Similar/relevant experience in accounting and finance background
7 – 10 years of relevant finance exp
Good experience in financial budgeting, forecasting, ROI monthly close, reconciliations and etc.
Experience in Business partnership, stakeholder management and influencing will be favorable
