[Senior Mechanical Engineer of Power Module]located in

:

• Initial mechanical solutions together with Project team based on the requirement.
• Prepare Project document according to quality assurance plan
• Prepare and verify packing solution
• Trouble shooting Mechanical design related issues in project/maintenance phase
• Create/design mechanical component Drawing, Specification, and coordinate supplier with MSDS RoHS, EHS related information
• Chemical materialselection/Qualification(Solder paste, Glues, Thermal Putty etc.)

:

• Bachelor degree or above inmechanical/electrical/automationengineering or relevant technical experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical design related in electrical industry
• 3D/2D(illustrator) CAD/modeling design (Creo direct modeling will be plus), have experience of mechanical simulation will be a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English (both in verbal and written)

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

• Material Knowledge (polymers, molding, TIM etc.)
• Deep knowledge with Glue, Putty using on Power industry
