Skills and attributes for success
6–10+ years in AI/ML, with 2–3+ years working specifically on generative AI applications.
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, and NLP/NLG systems.
Proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Deep understanding of GenAI architectures, prompt engineering, RAG, embedding models, and tokenization.
