Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence.
  • Manage internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment and engagement across the organisation.
  • Oversee external communication efforts to enhance the company’s public image and stakeholder relations.
  • Lead employer branding projects to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage marketing campaigns from conception through to execution.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand and communications management, preferably within the professional services industry.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • A good understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
