- Support the collection of business requirements: Ensure our projects align with the needs of our stakeholders.
- Prepare test cases for IT, Analytics, and AI projects and assist in user story creation: Help us deliver high-quality solutions that meet our end users' expectations.
- Participate in the testing of IT, Analytics and AI solutions: Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth business go-lives.
- Support roll-out activities: Create documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions to empower our team and users.
- Assist in various general business and operations-related tasks: Contribute to the overall success of our team.

WHAT YOU BRING
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic student who is eager to learn and contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- Current Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Information Technology, Economics, Business Engineering or similar field of study
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities; self-driven; team player; curiosity.
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word), hands-on knowledge with SAP systems (CRM, ERP, SAP Analytics Cloud); first experiences with Business Analytics and/or Artificial Intelligence is a plus
- Regular working from the Walldorf office is a must
