What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Be proactive in strengthening existing customer relationships to maximize adoption, retention, upsell and prevent churn.
  • Help clients to define their strategic goals and implement them through the usage of Payoneer products.
  • Respond to clients’ operational requests and facilitate their communication with Customer Support;
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop case studies and user testimonials;
  • Gather customer feedback and work with product owners, helping to shape the product roadmap;
  • Help the team to implement best Customer Success practices, identify executional challenges and improve existing workflows.

Is this you?

  • 1-2 years of experience in channel sales, partnerships , Customer success, Business Development or Account management in a fast-growing global organization
  • Experienced and deep understanding of Fintech or tech Channel partnerships and GTM motions, proven track record of successfully managing a book of global partners.
  • A natural relationship builder, have the ability to generate partner referral opportunities while also developing long-term, mutually beneficial partner relationships.
  • Cross-functional experience working with all GTM teams including sales, marketing, customer success etc.
  • Ambitious, consistent, & willing to try multiple avenues to achieve goals.
  • Language requirements are English and Ukrainian – any additional languages are beneficial.
