Sr Program Specialist As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and executing complex programs and projects within the Aero S&C group. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of program objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement. In this role, you will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Bangalore location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our program management operations within the Aero S&C group. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be essential in driving collaboration and achieving project milestones. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and execute complex programs and projects within the Aero S&C group
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency

· Leads high level schedule development

· Writing management proposal section

· Preparing cost estimates for PM Office tasks

· Manage development of preliminary program plan (PMP)

· SOW, WBS, Milestones, RTY & UPC targets, Risk assessment

· Key role in contract negotiation and capture

· With PE, prepares list of proposal assumptions

· Accountable for the execution and performance of the program

· Lead the Integrated Project Team

· Lead IPDS phases

· Ensure program performance: Cost / Schedule / Quality

· Responsible for Communication: Internal & External

· Utilize program measures, forecast performance & drive corrective action

· Lead Program Risk / Mitigation efforts

YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Well-versed with Honeywell program management tools like Accolade, AET, Aero Risk Register, HMR, IMS, Agile methodology
