EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting SAP’s Manufacturing Industries customers with SAP Implementation / Development in the areas of S4 HANA Plant Maintenance/SAP Asset Manager (SSAM)/ Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) both on Prem and Cloud space, as applicable
• Be part of implementation projects with focus on Equipment and Technical Objects, Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Damage-Related Maintenance, Maintenance Order Management, Work Clearance Management and MRS. Basic knowledge on the Mobile Asset Management is desirable; Experience in any of LAM, MRS, GEF solution areas would be a plus
• Design and configuration of end-to-end business processes, Integration with Finance, Logistics, projects, CO apart from pertinent FIORI APPS
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops / meetings with internal and external clients. Help customers to adopt/evaluate the fitment of SAP Best Practices
• Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided, Functional specification documents, Master Data handling/Cutover strategy etc.,

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Experience in driving & conducting design workshops, with hands-on experience, in delivering Asset Management/ Plant Maintenance business process in S/4 HANA along with integration to other modules.
• Experience in configurations/implementation of SSAM, WCM & MRS or LAM/GEF is a must
• Experience in handling relevant Master Data objects & cutover approaches
• Should be well versed with project implementation methodologies, Activate Methodology and solution manager
• SAP Certified in Plant Maintenance

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Overall, of 6 to 12 years of SAP relevant experience
• S/4 Hana Implementation experience, at least 3 to 5 end to end implementation and S/4 Conversion experience is good to have
• Should be experienced with different project delivery models like onsite-offshore, onsite-nearshore-offshore, integrated delivery model etc.,
• Domain experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage
