Key job responsibilities
The candidate must:* Operate full-stack, across front-end and back-end codebases;
* Own interfaces between the distinct phases of the product purchasing pipeline;
* Lead the software development lifecycle on one or multiple simultaneous projects;
* Enter a periodic on-call rotation to address live-site issues;
* Continually improve the operational excellence of the software, and the efficiency of the processes and mechanisms used by the team.

- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 1+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
- 2+ years of programming using a modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Experience with JavaScript; middleware concepts including SOA and dependency injection; AWS technologies including serverless architecture; software development methodologies including Agile and/or Scrum.
