You will become key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to one or more of our multiple large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA. Your secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate design workshops to gain a clear understanding and help gather our client’s industry and business requirements
  • Designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirements including for example;
    • Master Data (Business Partners, Dangerous Goods, Transportation Networks, Resources, etc.)
    • Order Management integration with Sales & Distribution / Materials Management covering freight units, freight orders etc.
    • Planning profiles and schedules, Carrier selection to Shipment proposals
    • Financial integration for areas like Freight settlement, Cost distribution, etc.
  • Experience of supporting integrations with other SAP modules like Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Extended Warehouse Management, and integration to third party systems
  • Producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
  • Data migration support as required
  • Executing Integration testing and supporting other testing activities such as UAT or performance testing
  • Learning about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements
  • Supporting the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realise-Build, Realise-Test, and Deploy
  • Sharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team
  • Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities and facilitating client events

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position
  • 7+ years of experience delivering SAP Transportation Management with a proven track record of successful implementations and support, including at least 2 years in a similar consulting role
  • Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, SAP Logistics S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
  • Proven experience in designing and configuring SAP Logistics processes – including SAP TM design and configuration and integration with other third-party systems
  • Proven track record of delivering SAP Transportation Management solutions either embedded or standalone.
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
  • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Relevant SAP certifications in Transportation Management or related modules
