Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience analyzing, structuring, and breaking down business problems.
Experience in the influencer marketing industry, agency dynamics, and the influencer landscape.
Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to support client relationship management in Indonesia.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in brand management, talent agency, sales (with a focus on digital media or advertising), advertising (specifically within the digital landscape), or other related field.
Experience working with agencies to execute campaigns, and strong understanding of agency dynamics.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills with the ability to influence effectively.
Passion for the YouTube platform and creator economy.
