We are looking for a Consumer Growth Manager to help expand our business; you’ll be a strategic problem solver with strong project and partner management skills, who will excel at developing innovative growth strategies for the local market.

• Partner with key grocery merchants to support them in building engaging marketing and promotional strategies from conception to execution.
• Deploy promotional activations using various tools and channels, adapting based on data-driven insights.
• Manage diverse stakeholders across businesses and levels, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Develop and optimize processes to break down big picture ideas into actionable steps with ambitious targets.
• Create detailed execution plans for large-scale projects, ensuring delivery according to plan regardless of challenges.
• Utilize strong analytical thinking and sound business judgment to make data-driven decisions.

• 3+ years experience in operational or customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience managing and executing against budgets, with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly if necessary.
• Commercial acumen with an understanding of how businesses and organizations work and which levers drive successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across different levels.
• Experience in developing and optimizing processes, breaking down large projects into actionable steps.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to create and execute detailed plans for large-scale initiatives.
• Data-driven decision-making mentality and strong analytical skills.

• Experience working in tech or startups, delivering high growth in dynamic environments.
• Proven track record in consumer growth, driving user acquisition and retention strategies.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, building and nurturing brands to engage user bases.
