As a Channel Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing channel operations to drive growth and maximize sales through our distribution and partner channels. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve channel efficiency and ensuring smooth operations throughout the channel network.You will report directly to our Channel Operations Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Romania location.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company's channel operations and overall business success. You will play a key role in streamlining processes, improving channel performance, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel operations and improve efficiency
- Oversee the lifecycle of channel partner contracts, including drafting (new, renewal, amendment agreements), coordinate contract process, request approvals, and updating CRM tools.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in contracts, ensuring all agreements comply with legal, regulatory compliance, and company standards.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align channel operations with overall business objectives (e.g Legal, Sales, Pricing, Customer Support, Finance).
- Implement and follow best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure channel operations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with channel policies and guidelines.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in Channel Operations or related Sales Support roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (SFDC, LEAP, SAP, DocuSign)
