In Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) within Assurance, we assist our clients to address the accounting, financial reporting and digital enablement challenges facing their business. Key responsibilities

As a Manager/Architect, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Technical skills requirements

  • Lead sales and pre-sales work in Service Now, respond to client proposals, participate in orals and help growing Service Now business
  • Organize Roadshows and lead client pitches to market ServiceNow offerings
  • Should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of Service Now Partner ecosystem, licensing model and platform management models.
  • Capable in designing and developing large solutions combining Service Now platform, automation and workflow capabilities for EY customers
  • Lead offshore team in all the Service Now modules like ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, Sec Ops, GRC, DevOps. The role will spread across blueprint, design, configuration, build and roll out phase.
  • Lead and manage project deliveries.
  • The role involves knowledge and experience of both functional and technical aspect for a successful implementation, working closely with various stakeholders like business, process leads and offshore team.
  • Propose and deliver projects as per the agreed objectives to EY customers and/or to internal EY stakeholders
  • Build strong internal relationships within the firm and with other services across the organization
  • Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
  • Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training.
  • Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of all staff
  • Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development. for example, presales, internal engagement and / or knowledge management
  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, preferably from a top tier Global System Integrator
  • Developing and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, business blueprints, solution design documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Managing all testing cycles, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including Custom Development, etc.
  • Integration with 3rd party application, Knowledge in scripted REST API
  • Must have worked on service now version upgrade.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and configure workflow
  • Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests

To qualify for the role, you must have.

  • Bachelor Degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
  • Master Degree will be an added advantage
  • Approximately 5 to 7 years of experience in a development role. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period
  • ServiceNow certifications
  • ITIL foundations certification a plus

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Track record of strong consulting background
  • Experience with GCC based clients
  • Extensive professional knowledge and sector knowledge
  • Commercially driven
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in understanding strategic direction and being able to convert into cohesive change management strategy and plans
  • Desire to build / develop a career in advising our clients with organizational wide improvements and industry insight
  • Ability to develop client opportunities and identify market growth opportunities
  • Ability to support the business development cycle in the system
  • Experience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories.
  • Knowledge about ServiceNow’s latest version’s features.
