Design and optimization of requirements management processes together with the relevant teams to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards (such as ASPICE)
Unify processes related to requirements management between groups with similar characteristics.
Define the configuration of relevant systems (e.g., Polarion, Jira, SharePoint) to support the defined processes. The definition includes issue types/work items, fields, workflows, etc.
Create comprehensive documentation of the new processes and provide training to relevant teams to ensure successful adoption.
Regularly review and refine processes to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.
Ensure processes are compliant with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies. Participate in periodic internal and external audits to assess process compliance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed with relevant teams.
Ensure that the designed processes enable full traceability coverage for all projects, from customer requirements to testing.
Design and build reports and dashboards that provide both high-level management views and detailed insights for teams. Ensure these dashboards help teams better manage requirements and meet required coverage across the organization.
All you need is:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in requirements management, process design, or a related role.
Extensive experience in requirements management and process design.
In-depth knowledge of the V-model method and ASPICE standards – Advantage.
Proficiency in using information systems like Jira and Polarion for process implementation.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and design efficient, scalable solutions.
Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaboration abilities.
