Role Overview

As a Salesforce Experience Cloud Engineer, you need to involve in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform. This role required to work under the guidance of senior managers and delivery squad leads to customize and integrate Salesforce applications. The role involves learning and applying best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. You need to collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project execution. This position is ideal for those looking to grow their skills in Salesforce eco-system.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in Development: Support the design and development of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions under the guidance of senior managers.

• Customization: Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• Integration: Actively involve for integrating Salesforce with other systems and third-party application.

• Testing: Participate in testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Experience Cloud issues.

• Learning and Development: Continuously learn and apply new Salesforce features and best practices.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts.

• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• User Training: Assist in training end-users on Salesforce Experience Cloud functionalities.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information systems or equivalent technical field from a recognized University or Institute.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of relevant experience IT in developing and implementing critical solutions in Salesforce experience cloud at large scale project delivery model.

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably with a focus on Salesforce Experience Cloud and proven track record of successful salesforce implementation, integration over API, configurations & Customization.

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud Apex programming, Visualforce, LWC, Flow, Aura, LWR, validations rule and other Salesforce technologies are preferable.

• Having knowledge on UI / UX is preferable.

• Strong background in Salesforce configuration, customization, and approval process.

• Exposure in Type Script, Java Script, Angular etc .

• Pharma domain experience is an advantage.

• Should proficient enough on salesforce security, Sharing rule, Permission set, Trigger, OWD and profiles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective solutions are highly valued.

• Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders

• Should have proper attitude to learn and adopt new technologies.

• Ability to stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

• Salesforce Experience cloud certification is preferable.
