Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
  • OR equivalent experience.

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications:

• Establish a shared vision and strategy for a portfolio of products that enable secure, efficient and reliable compute infrastructure.
  
• Lead the ideation, definition, and launch of innovative compute products in areas of significant strategic ambiguity.
  
• Design and build product capabilities with engineering, design, user research, documentation.
• Work closely with product marketing and customer success to position offering and enable sales organization to help customers discover, try, buy and deploy.

• You will drive teams to define business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions. You’ll also provide strategic direction in identifying long-term investment opportunities and will ensure teams engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.
• You will guide teams in developing and implementing security measures for confidential computing, ensuring that all compute platforms maintain the highest level of data protection. You’ll also oversee the integration of these security measures across all feature areas.
• As a leader in confidential computing, you will collaborate with industry organizations, customers, and partners to promote the adoption of confidential computing technologies. You’ll also drive teams to establish Azure as a thought leader in this space, influencing industry standards and practices.
• You’ll oversee teams owning the roadmap for multiple feature areas across divisions, and ensure they build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.
• You will provide strategic insights to help teams scale Product Marketing by building marketing and roll-out plans, as well as ensure they create customer support plans. You’ll also drive them to promote the feature areas they worked on and oversee team presentations at large events.
• As an expert, you will help teams partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for technical needs in order to measurably improve product development industry-wide. You’ll also ensure teams identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers across sectors.
