In a support capacity, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Support B1 Sales Team with technical topics in situations that require a technical expert.
• Liaise with Legal Brazil in situations that require a B1 technical expert.
• Be the point of contact for B1 partners regarding technical B1 topics.

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• University students enrolled in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, System Analysis, or related courses, with at least two years until graduation.
• Knowledge of Relational Databases is desirable (E.g.: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.), SQL, SAP HANA language and database administration.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems (Unix/Windows).
• It is an advantage: Knowledge of Cloud Hosting, Virtualization, Storage and Network.
• Working in fast changing environments, acquiring, and sharing knowledge and improving processes.
• Continuous learner and faster adopter of new technology processes.
• Customer oriented, self-motivated, and proactive working attitude.
• Good problem solving & analytical ability.
• Good customer focus & interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate/Advanced English (written & spoken). Spanish is an advantage.
