Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive Technical Pre-Sales and Consulting Leadership:
  10+ years of experience leading complex technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture engagements, with a demonstrated ability to translate advanced technical concepts into strategic business outcomes for enterprise customers.
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Expert-Level DevOps Mastery:
  Deep expertise (7+ years) in architecting and implementing DevOps practices—including Agile, CI/CD, automation, quality, and security—across large-scale organizations, using advanced toolchains such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, or Atlassian. Deep understanding of AI Paired programming tools like GitHub Copilot
  
• Advanced DevSecOps & Shift-Left Security Leadership:
  Proven track record (5+ years) of driving DevSecOps and Shift-Left security initiatives, leveraging tools like GitHub Advanced Security, SonarQube, Fortify, and Defender for Cloud to embed security early in the software development lifecycle.
  
• Strategic Cloud Application Development:
  Significant hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying complex cloud-native applications in Azure, utilizing GitHub Enterprise Cloud or Azure DevOps, and advising on cloud transformation at scale.
  
• Executive-Level Customer Engagement & Solution Sales:
  Demonstrated success in leading high-stakes, customer-facing advisory and pre-sales engagements, influencing executive stakeholders, resolving critical technical blockers, and driving adoption of developer productivity solutions across global enterprises.
  

• Fluency in Japanese and English.

  5年以上にわたり、GitHub Advanced Security、SonarQube、Fortify、Defender for Cloudなどのツールを活用し、ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルの初期段階からセキュリティを組み込むDevSecOpsおよびShift-Leftセキュリティ施策を推進した実績。
• 戦略的なクラウドアプリケーション開発経験：
  Azure上での複雑なクラウドネイティブアプリケーションの設計・構築・デプロイにおける豊富な実務経験を持ち、GitHub Enterprise CloudやAzure DevOpsを活用した大規模なクラウド変革をリードした経験。
• エグゼクティブレベルの顧客対応およびソリューションセールス：
  グローバルエンタープライズを対象に、経営層との折衝や技術的課題の解決、開発生産性ソリューションの導入推進など、重要な顧客案件をリードした実績を有する方。

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience building and deploying cloud applications in Azure using GitHub Enterprise Cloud or Azure DevOps.
• Experience using, managing and deploying DevOps toolchains such as GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, BitBucket or Jenkins.
• Experience using, managing and deploying Microsoft Dev Box.
• Experience in Shift-Left security development practices (DevSecOps) with toolchains such as GitHub Advanced Security, GitHub Advanced Security for Azure DevOps, Snyk and other similar products.

Lead end-to-end conversations and initiatives about Developer Productivity and modern software development practices such as DevOps, DevSecOps, Al­ assisted Software Development, Cloud Development Environments and Platforms Engineering.
