What will you do?

• Develop a strategic roadmap for the Developer Experience program in collaboration with engineers and leaders.

• Utilize multiple research and feedback methods to understand developers' needs and pain points in daily operations such as deployments and development.

• Track and deliver status reports on evolving high-level goals, ensuring team engagement and stakeholder alignment within agreed timeframes.

• Design and execute a multi-tiered communication strategy that engages end users and organizational leadership, ensuring effective information dissemination and alignment at all levels.

• Operate within an inclusive meritocracy to solve problems effectively and efficiently.

• Support a diverse team of engineers and designers by driving and prioritizing strategic goals, OKRs, demos, and requirements.

What will you bring?

• 3+ years of technical program management experience.

• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration experience, fostering collaboration in a community setting.

• Strong understanding of modern software development processes and technologies, including developer tools, APIs, and platforms.

• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.

• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence; experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

• Desire to work in an open organization, with open-source participation a big plus.
