- Develop, implement, and monitor the Company’s corporate compliance programs and policies, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Advise internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and recommend actionable solution
- Create and deliver compliance training and awareness programs for the Company’s employees.
- Create and support enhancing existing internal controls and monitor adherence to them
- keep up to date with relevant laws and regulations, best industry practices, and internal policies, ensuring proactive adaptation of compliance strategies.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other key stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate compliance, preferably in a publicly-traded high-tech company.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards in the environments the Company operates in.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and policies, audit techniques, and relevant operations and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Technological orientation and familiarity with legal tech tools and platforms to enhance compliance efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct.
- Business acumen and creative thinking.
