Lead cross-regional workstreams on strategic Finance topics, federating regional views, and creating adequate books of work to support the EMEA CFO’s priorities
Build strong cross functional relationships to drive effective collaboration on organisational wide priorities
Be responsible for the planning and preparation of periodic and ad hoc business presentations/reviews for executive level management and external regulators
Help communicate the regional department’s business strategy, performance and priorities
Proactively and on request provide strategic analysis and reporting
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Director with significant experience in either Business Management, Strategy, or Consulting
Effective communicator, influencer and relationship builder with ability to partner effectively across multiple businesses and functions regarding strategic planning, alignment and coordination
Proven track record in the execution/ implementation of project deliverables
Ability to master complex detail and to translate into well communicated and clearly defined actions, updates and executive presentations
Thoughtful analytical skills; able to develop ideas, clearly present and draw conclusions; excellent attention to detail
Ask incisive questions, maintain a pro-active and problem solving mindset with ability to identify, clearly present and implement well defined solutions
Strong organisational and time management skills; extremely versatile; ability to prioritise requests; comfortable managing the demands of multiple deliverables running at the same time
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure
