Job Description

You have excellent knowledge and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Warranty Claims module of SF Manufacturing Cloud

Roles and responsibilities

  • As a Solution Architect specializing in the Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and robust solutions built on Salesforce platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Design scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices

  • Build configurable solutions that comprise out of the box components, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.

  • Lead the end-to-end development, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

  • Provide user training support to business users and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of the solution.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices Manage various Salesforce projects, including analyzing requirements, translating into technical solutions, architecture, and design deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain the architectural vision and strategy for Salesforce Cloud Landscape.

  • Formulate and maintain salesforce solution documentation. (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications)

  • Works with the development team, Product Owner, Business Process Owner and other key stakeholders to ensure that the most significant business requirements are addressed.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support to the development team Familiarity with the backlog grooming process, attributes, review, and approval process.

  • Assist the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process.

  • Maintain a functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions.

  • Should have knowledge of AppExchange, Automation, Collaboration, Data Management, Reports & Dashboard and any other relevant aspects of Salesforce tools Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the Salesforce Solution.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and user experience.

  • A solid understanding of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, multitiered infrastructure, integration patterns, and application servers

  • Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services

  • Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce (SFDC) implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premise systems

  • Awareness of platform-specific design considerations such as large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration, Knowledge of software design principles

Requirements and Skill

  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Salesforce Salesforce certified professional.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with Sales & Service cloud and Experience Cloud Experience in Salesforce development (flows, lightning web components/Aura)

  • Exposure to API integration and best practices.

  • Experience with integration technologies and middleware solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, ETL Tool, REST/SOAP APIs).

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).

  • Ability to conceptualize and develop conceptual design documents (Data Model Design, Process & flows design).

  • Experience & understanding of industry-standard Manufacturing/Service processes.

  • Experience of defining and delivering E2E enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform Should have strong implementation knowledge of consumer care functional domain.

  • Excellent knowledge and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

  • Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements.

  • Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications.

  • An analytical problem solver who knows and employs all declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features.

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers.

  • Ability to grasp the requirements of business from diverse sectors and translate/present those demands into a compelling vision and roadmap

  • Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) should have knowledge of customer care, service centers domains

  • Must be able to support for SIT, end to end SIT and UAT Must be able to review unit test, SIT, end to end SIT and UAT results.

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and perform optimally

  • Must be able to support product owner in UAT scripts and Work Instructions

  • Should be Salesforce Certified consultant with experienced in Service/Sales/Experience Cloud Should have strong analytical skills, analyzing requirements, able to write business process definition, flow & process diagramming, wireframing and problem solving

  • Ability to communicate solutions to a variety of technical and nontechnical stakeholders

  • Strong business acumen, Executive presence

  • Ability to identify technical design risks, Experience developing governance strategies to mitigate risk
