Receiving of shipments: stability and other samples (temperature readings, sending of receipt confirmation to shipper)
Storage/Pulling of stability samples per schedule, paper and electronic evidence (multiple IT systems-e.g. LIMS v7)
Creation of product specifications and stability studies in LIMS v7
Daily usage of various documentation systems (Glorya, Pharmaready, Wisdom)
Creation of SOPs, Guidelines and other documents in Glorya
Creation of stability reports for RA purpose in GRIDS
Active participation in investigations, CAPA's and DL
Active participation in problem resolving tasks
Monitoring of equipment (stability rooms and chambers, freezers): daily alarms, histograms, preventive maintenance, calibrations, qualifications
Continuously education per matrix and additional on line training as well as workshops
Participation in internal and external audits
Your experience and qualifications
Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Food Technology
Work experience in similar positions is preferred, but not required
Knowledge of SAP, EDMS, and TrackWise is a plus
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Excellent organizational skills and a tendency for teamwork
