As a Platform Operations Technician Senior, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving server and network problems
- Working with various internal and external stakeholders to narrow down problems and achieve resolution
- Documenting information in the Trouble Ticket system for communication to other staff
- Ensuring SLA's are achieved and Platform Operations work quality expectations are met
- Diagnosing troubles identified by network, monitoring and working to resolve issues
- Escalating properly during the incident - acting as phone SME

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be willing to work on III shifts (21:30-5:30 in the winter, 22:30-6:30 in the summer)
- Be able to work 50% time from the Cracow Office (ul. Opolska 100, Krakow)
- Be experienced with implementation and support of large, complex, IP-based networks or equivalent experience - nice to have
- Have understanding of routing and routing concepts, system and network troubleshooting
- Demonstrate knowledge of Internet protocols
- Have experience with UNIX system administration or equivalent
- Display solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have good communication and written skills to articulate technical information to internal teams and external customers
