Maintains project cost and schedule tools used by BA to accurately measure, forecast and track project-related work, and associated timely delivery of these products, including resource planning.
Works closely with project management, contract management, engineering, and construction personnel to define detailed measurement and scheduling criteria.
Works with Project Managers to produce accurate cost estimates for change orders and maintains the change log/variance log in PPM (Cora System).
Works with Business Management (Program Managers, Directors, and Finance management) to report both project and program forecasts.
Performs project cost risk analysis for developing project contingency budgets and maintains run down curves for continued project cost risk assessment and manages the receivables & payables balance on allocated projects.
Key skills and qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree in engineering or project management preferred
Two to five years applicable project management/controls experience.
Experience with multi-disciplined projects (engineering, software development, construction, and procurement)
Hands on experience with enterprise wide cost accounting system, SAP is preferred and advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in German and English languages is a must.
