What you'll be doing:

• IC Test definition & development (including test/HW debug)

• Designing and improving factory test plans (to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield). leading IC products end-to-end from Bring-Up stage to Mass production.

• Collaborate with different teams (including Customer Support, BE, DFT, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Reliability)

• Direct our local and overseas manufacturing teams to transition new products to factories.

What we need to see:

• 3+ years of experience with IC test development

• Experience with UltraFlex or/and other IC testers

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical/Computer engineering

• Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups

• Multi-tasking capabilities

• High self-learning skills

• High execution quality standards
