- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics proceduresand processes to receive materials on site and to ship finished goods off site
- Lead packaging Operators, Shipping Clerk and processesfor shipping packaged and bulk materials
- Coordinate transportation logistics, including shipmentscheduling and transportation costs to ensure timely delivery of finished goodsand 3PL coordination
- Manage Warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage,handling, and retrieval of finished goods products, consumables and packaging
- Compliance and Safety: Implement safety procedures to minimize workplace hazards and incidents
- Prepare regular reports and presentations highlightingkey logistics KPIs and performance trends
- Ensure transportation and shipping regulations are followedto include shipment of hazardous materials
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineeringor a relevant and related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in logistics executionand supervisory roles, preferably within the chemical industry or a relatedmanufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, warehousemanagement systems, and inventory control practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with theability to make data-driven decisions
- Effective communication and leadership skills tocollaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritizeeffectively, and meet tight deadlines
- Must have command of English language, both written andverbal
