What you'll do
- Create a data-obsessed and process-oriented team culture that translates strategic vision to actionable steps, facilitating collaboration across teams to ensure seamless execution of integration plans for Sustainability Product Marketing and Go-to-Market
- Oversee the strategy and execution of sustainable business plans and implement a rigorous process for use case prioritization.
- Develop an intra-SAP integration strategy, aligned with existing efforts, for Sustainability Product Marketing focused on market trends, customer needs, business priorities and a comprehensive view of SAP’s entire product portfolio, including interdependencies between individual solutions. This should include priorities such as:
- Articulate and deliver a business case for RISE/GROW and sustainability with a focus on end-to-end ERP centric sustainability.
- Plot and execute the strategic positioning of SAP product portfolio along the customer value journey and ensure that product messaging resonates with target audiences.
- Bring to life product marketing materials that showcase how SAP sustainability solutions pull data from different sources, how the solutions process the data, and the output created.
- Lead product marketing efforts that enable SAP to embed sustainability into the customer business transformation journey through sustainable business processes.
- Collaborate with GTM, sales operations and commercial teams to identify and execute levers to grow market share, increase installed base penetration and reach product revenue aspirations.
- Mastermind the connections and harness insights from customer councils
- Act as the leading sustainability spokesperson for analysts, press, and community engagement, while crafting compelling narratives to clearly convey SAP’s differentiation and value proposition.
What you bring
- Product Marketing experience; pre-sales/sales experience a plus.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and experience in aligning business strategies with market dynamics.
- Analytical mindset, including proficiency in analysing data to drive decision-making and comfort with complex interdependencies within a product portfolio.
- Effective communication and articulation of complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing and collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sustainable business practices and their impact, including familiarity with market opportunity mapping and growth strategies.
- Executional excellence with a proven track record of turning vision into tangible results and the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
- Risk management and skills in assessing and mitigating risks
- Collaborative attitude and an ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
