Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Assist with the 3rd line accounts payable helpdesk, including vendor master helpdesk. Support the team in ensuring timely and accurate HCP invoice postings and payments. Ensure all invoice postings are compliant before payment. Assist with account reconciliations and support the vendor aging and vendor reconciliation process.
• Ensure all activities are completed in compliance with BSC policies and procedures, as well as compliance policies. Help maintain up-to-date desktop procedures.
• Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply, and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
• Support the team with all requested HCP details (invoice, IRF, compliance document) during PTP audits.
• Assist in creating new HCP accounts or making amendments.
• Work in ServiceNow for handling questions and managing tickets.

What We Are Looking For In You:

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluency in Polish (C1), any other language is a plus.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Advanced analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong ability to create and maintain relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
