You will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains to ensure clear requirements, strategic alignment, and a seamless user experience. As a team leader, you will guide and grow junior analysts and UX team members to ensure consistency, quality, and value in deliverables.
Position Summary
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role on large programs
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with proven experience mentoring or coaching others
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business and technical groups
- Demonstrated experience working alongside UX and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions
- The role requires individuals to be a creative thinker and doer to cultivate innovative ways within the organization to handle complex business challenges balancing design, technology, and business priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in analysing the customer’s business, applications and converting the business needs into viable solution blueprints.
- Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications documentation
- The candidate must be able to communicate new ideas and provide a strategic viewpoint to ensure that recommendations not only solve customer business problems but also create sustainable business value
Essential
- Business Analysis Leadership
- Lead the planning and execution of business analysis activities across large, complex program or portfolio of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and data analysis to gather and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure traceability of requirements from business need through to solution implementation and testing.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to business requirements.
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development support to a team of Business Analysts and UX Designers.
- Establish and promote best practices, tools, and templates for analysis and design work.
- Conduct regular reviews of team deliverables to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
- Create learning and development plans for junior analysts and help shape career progression opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Present analysis findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to various audiences.
- Champion the voice of the customer and advocate for optimal user experience design.
