Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI models using the latest LLM and GenAI technologies to develop fair and accurate machine learning models for hiring.- Clearly and cogently present your work and ideas, and respond effectively to feedback.- Stay at the advance of AI research, continuously exploring and implementing new techniques in NLP, LLMs, and GenAI to drive innovation in hiring.- Implement advanced natural language processing models to extract insights from diverse data sources.

- 3+ years of building models for business application experience
- PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing

- Experience using Unix/Linux
- Experience in professional software development
