Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with global on-call and asynchronous work with globally distributed teams.
- Proven experience in release management, including defining release schedules, processes, bug bars, and software life cycle phases (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with asset delivery pipelines and/or CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of data platforms, GitHub workflows, and integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of the organization.
- High operational precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly triage, prioritize, and lead cross-functional teams under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience, preferably in global internet services with a large-scale and international user base.
- Strong technical experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure, with bonus points for past Engineering experience.
- Proven track record of driving dramatic improvements in team quality, performance, agility, or effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills to identify, assess, and solve complex technical issues.
- Experience in managing rapid-response actions for critical issues.
- Experience in working with partner data feeds and external dependencies.
- Ability to foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and drive functional and technical design discussions.
- Knowledge of data platform concepts and experience in monitoring deployment metrics.
- Experience in onboarding global teams and facilitating communication between different groups.
- Experience with DevOps, engineering efficiency, and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of machine learning integration and deployment pipelines is preferred but not mandatory.
